Consumer Unit Upgrades.

We specialize in consumer unit upgrades, replacing old fuseboards with modern 18th Edition RCBO consumer units. This upgrade not only provides proper individual protection on every circuit (RCBOs) but also enhances fault detection and ensures compliance with the latest wiring regulations. Such upgrades are particularly important if you're planning solar panel systems, battery storage, or EV charger installations, or if you simply seek peace of mind in an older property.

We’ll:

• Safely remove your old fuseboard

• Install a new fire-rated 18th Edition RCBO consumer unit

• Upgrade any necessary circuits

• Conduct an EICR to test and certify everything properly

This service is ideal for older homes in Fife that still have rewireable fuses or outdated boards, making your electrics safer, more reliable, and prepared for future upgrades.
